Founded in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1983, TJ Hardware Inc began with a simple mission: to provide exceptional products, reliable service, and unmatched customer support. Our founder started the company from his garage, loading his pickup truck with essential woodworking supplies and delivering them personally to customers.

After retiring as a professional cabinet and furniture maker, Our Founder brought decades of hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge to his growing business. His commitment to quality and service took him thousands of miles across New Mexico, Southern Colorado, El Paso, and West Texas, where he built a reputation as a trusted and premier supplier.

In 1996, we expanded into what is now our 7,500-square-foot showroom and warehouse. Today, with three generations of family members working side by side, TJ Hardware remains proudly family-owned and operated.

We continue to honor our founder's vision by delivering the same personal service, integrity, and dedication that defined TJ Hardware from the very beginning.
