HAPS Free Industrial Reducers are a medium fast drying solvent blend formulated specifically for reduction of pre-catalyzed and post-catalyzed coatings. It uses a blend of virgin solvents that reduces viscosity very quickly in these systems. It may also be used in nitrocellulose lacquers.
