SawStop stops and drops the blade on contact with skin 10 times faster than a car airbag! This unit also features a bypass to the safety system to test for and/or cut conductive materials.

Innovation
SawStop has engineered ground-breaking elevation system raises or lowers the blade in just one turn of the handwheel. Tilting the blade has never been easier with the Quicktilt® feature. Simply compress the tilt paddle, and tilt the blade to the desired angle. When fine-tuning is required, you can adjust the angle in 1° increments with the infinitely-adjustable tilt mechanism. 

Precision
Solid T-Style Fence with ErgoLock® slides easily and locks firmly with the push of the innovative ErgoLock® 25.5" rip capacity. This fence slides smoothly and locks firmly with the innovative ErgoLock®. The T-style design minimizes deflection to increase accuracy. The fence provides an extended support at the fence face when material support is needed. Simply extend the on demand shelf with a turn of a knob when needed and turn it back when done.
